At Classè Luxury Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns
We only accept returns if the product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. The hair must not be installed, combed, washed, or altered in any way.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds
If your return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
